Company background

COVER was founded in Bristol during 1998 by Jane Leach and Linda Kell to provide an employment agency for teachers. All of their previous experience was devoted to education in the Bristol Region and setting up this new company was a natural progression which utilised their skills and knowledge.

They had known each other for over 20 years. Sadly Jane died of cancer in January 2006.

Since then Cover has continued to expand and evolve, building on the excellent foundations which Linda and Jane put into place.
