Continual Professional Development for supply teachers

Courses provided  have included First Aid, an Introduction to Interactive Whiteboard, Literacy, Numeracy, Mind Mapping, Brain Gym and Behaviour Management.

In December 2007 we held a course titled “Storytelling and Storymaking: A Creative Approach” led by Michael Loader, a popular children’s storyteller, and this was very successful. It focused on developing stories from objects, explored ways of involving children in the storytelling process and offered a wealth of instant ‘story related’ ideas for the primary supply teacher.
